How do I join the 100^th Grey Cup Festival MVP Volunteer Team?

1. Visit the 100^th Grey Cup Festival website:  http://www.100thgreycupfestival.ca   
2. Read the information on the Get Involved tab.
3. Make sure you meet the Festival MVP Volunteer Team criteria  (age and availability).
4. Register and create a profile HERE.
5. Complete Part One of the online application.

How can I sign-up in French?

1. On the Grey Cup Festival Home Page you can choose to view the entire site in French or English.
2. On the MyVolunteerPage.com site set your browser to read multi-lingual text; then follow the Register link below to the French application.

Why do I have to register? Am I automatically on the team when I register?

1. To ensure the security and confidentiality of all participant’s information we have chosen to work with an industry leader in volunteer data management.  Registration is a key security component.
2. You are not a member of the Festival MVP Volunteer Team until you have registered and completed Part One and Part Two of the official application at which point you will receive an official Welcome to the Team notice.

What kind of information do I have to provide to register and complete Part One of the application?

1. You will need to create a profile that contains your contact information (name, address, phone, and some biographical details).
2. You will be asked to indicate your schedule availability, interests and special skills.

I’ve registered at MyVolunteerPage.com and I’ve completed Part One of the Application – Now what?

1. You will receive a registration confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your completed application. 
2. If your detailed responses about your availability, skills and interests match the available MVP volunteer opportunities we will contact you shortly about the Next Steps and Part Two of the online application.

What happens after the VIM?  When do I find out if I’m on the Team?

1. At the VIM you will be given detailed instructions about the timeline and the next steps including updating your online profile to indicate your:
   1. preferred assignment
   2. other relevant administrative details
2. If your preferred schedule and assignment match the Festival requirements you will receive an invitation to join the 100^th Grey Cup Festival MVP Volunteer Team.

3. Invitations to join the Festival MVP Volunteer Team will be issued week of October 15^th.
