MVP Volunteer Team Application Part 2
It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete this phase of the process.
STEP ONE:
Read the following information about MVP Volunteer Dates, Shifts and the Assignment descriptions.
STEP TWO:
Update your online MyVolPage Profile and application – pick your Squad.
STEP THREE:
Receive an email regarding schedule availabilities then Sign-up for at least four shifts.
STEP FOUR:
Look for confirmation of your membership to the MVP Volunteer Team week of October 15th.
General Notes
Communications: The 100th Grey Cup Festival will continue to use e-mail as the primary mode of contact with you regarding the volunteer program. Please check your e-mail regularly for updates and further information. If you do not have an email address please call 1-855-341-2012 and a Festival Representative will be in touch with you via phone.
Keep Informed: The Festival website is updated daily as more details are made available. Visit frequently to read more about the current Festival participants and Event Schedules, use the interactive map to plot your favorite locations and get caught up on the latest news.
Volunteer Policies – Every MVP Volunteer will sign a release form and keep a current emergency contact number on file. Every volunteer will take the opportunity to read and agree to the 100th Grey Cup Festival Volunteer policy.
Minimum Age: You must be 19 years of age or older before completing your first volunteer shift.
Dates and MVP Volunteer Shift Times
The 100th Grey Cup Festival requires volunteers for a total of 14 days (Tuesday, November 13 through Monday, November 26) (the Festival runs from Nov 15-25).
If time is your own (you are retired, on vacation, a student, or between engagements) we ask that you consider choosing morning or afternoon shifts - leaving the evening shifts more available for our daytime workers.
Remember the more shifts you complete the more opportunities you have to win the grand prize in our shift raffle.
