100-HOUR LOTTERY BEGINS THURSDAY FOR REMAINING 1,000 PAIRS

Toronto, Ontario – The CFL season is about to start and what better way to kick it off than securing a pair of the last remaining tickets to the 100th Grey Cup game! Demand for the most iconic sporting event of the century has been unparalleled, and with the last seats almost gone, this will be the public's final chance to be a part of Canadian history. The 100th Grey Cup Festival Committee is excited to announce a lottery will take place for access to the remaining 1,000 pairs of tickets for the big game. The lottery will be open for 100 hours beginning this Thursday, June 21 at 7:00 a.m. ET and will close on Monday, June 25 at 11:00 a.m. ET.

Fans will be able to log on to www.100thgreycupfestival.ca during the lottery and register for the chance to win the opportunity to purchase a pair of tickets to the 100th Grey Cup, taking place on Sunday, November 25 at the Rogers Centre in Toronto. Adopting a system used for many major sporting events, lottery registrants will be placed in a draw where a third party will select 1,000 winners to purchase a pair of tickets each. This method of purchase ensures a fair and inclusive chance for the CFL fans from across the country to attend. Seat location will be subject to availability.

No other Grey Cup Championship game has had the enormous appeal that exists for the 100th."

Prior to the game itself, Toronto will host the largest Grey Cup Festival over a ten-day, eleven-night period from Thursday, November 15 – Sunday, November 25 inclusive. The festivities will be a cultural extravaganza with something for everyone to enjoy! The Invitation to Our Nation has been extended to all Canadians to come to Toronto and take part in the excitement. Culminating in the 100th Grey Cup Championship game, the legacy that will be left for our city and country as a whole is one not to be missed.
